Jason called and interviewed Steven from eGullet about his meal he had with us a couple of weeks ago. Jason makes a very interesting point at the end of the article. Sometimes geography can be your biggest enemy. There are restaurants all over the world that get looked over because of where they are at. Would this be a better restaurant if It was in New York, maybe, maybe not.
